For the treatment of respiratory, enteric or urinary tract infections in calves, pigs and poultry due to organisms susceptible to the combination of sulfadimidine and trimethoprim, or where such organisms are implicated as secondary pathogens.

Sulfamethazine: 400 g

Trimethoprim: 80 g

Exp qs: 1000 g

Calves: Use 3 g this product per 50 kg bodyweight daily. Administer on dampened food or mixed with honey or molasses.

Pigs: Use 3 g this product per 50 kg bodyweight daily. Poultry: Use 3 to 6 g this product per 12 L drinking water for 3 to 5 days.

Administer mixed thoroughly with food or in drinking water. Any variation by the prescribing veterinarian to the approved dose, frequency, duration, route, and disease or target species may require extending the approved withholding period.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months from manufacture date.

SHELF LIFE After first opening: 12 months. Keep in cool dry place (below 25°C) and airtight.

The medicated water should be administered as the only source of drinking water for 3 consecutive days. Inappropriate use of the veterinary medicinal product may increase the prevalence of bacteria resistant to florfenicol. To limit the development of antimicrobial resistance, the choice of this drug as the most appropriate treatment should be confirmed by clinical experience supported where possible by pathogen culture and drug susceptibility testing. Avoid direct contact with skin, eyes and clothes. In case of accidental skin exposure, wash with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Consult a physician if irritation persists
